  1. iQueue NetWare LPD/LPR Credt Card Ordering information

  4. The software contained in this distribution is provided for evaluation purposes. The NLMs will run for 1 hour and then unload.
  5.  
  6. On receipt of the order form you will be supplied with an authorization key by Email or fax.
  7.  
  8.  
  9. The NLMs are available individually 
  10.           NZ $150 each
  11. or both together
  12.           NZ $200 per pair.
  13.  
  14. Credit cards will be charged in New Zealand dollars.
  15.  
  16.  
  17. The authorization key(s) are based on the destination file server(s)
  18. serial number. This can be obtained by:
  19.  
  20.       1. Load the LPD or LPR NLM and copy down the server number           
  21.          displayed.
  22.       2. Login as supervisor, use SYSCON, File Server Information
  23.  
  24. If your File Server serial number starts with 009 you have a NetWare 
  25. site license, please supply your Internal IPX number.
  26.  
  27. On receiving your order you will be issued with 1 or 2 authorization
  28. numbers (depending on which NLMs you will be using).
